Updates for the Class of 2021
Posted 3/31/21

We have GREAT news. With the large decline of COVID cases, we can plan safe outdoor activities for the Class of 2021! Your important senior activities are not canceled! Here is a brief outline of what we are working on, and updates on the new dates and details that are being organized for the Class of 2021.

2021 Spring Homecoming,  April 12-17

Mark your calendar, we are going to pull off an incredible Homecoming Week! Check out our NEW Saturday event and sign up now to come! https://docs.google.com/document/d/1zpwHKKJ9lCtUoKeEdfoeuYSduksPaPsnZgJZAZ96Ydc/edit?usp=sharing Day by day we are releasing more details about the week, so keep checking your email so you can get involved!

Cap and Gown pick up (4-7 pm) SRV Quad April 21:

Jostens will be on campus handing out the Cap and Gown orders. Students and parents can pick up Cap and Gown orders.

Gift Boutique in the SRV Quad (Fundraiser for the Class of 2021) April 21:

Parents - Come down to the SRV Quad from 4-7 pm and check out the INCREDIBLE local vendors that are specializing in graduation-focused gifts.  Whether you have a graduate or need gifts for graduates - come check it out!  There will be great gift ideas for many occasions. More details will be out soon and tell your friends!

Love Week, April 26-30: We are holding our annual Love Week at SRVHS in April. Keep checking your email for more information about the week!

Senior Ball, May 15:

Currently, for an event of over 200 people, only outdoor events are allowed, so we are going to throw an incredible Senior Ball outside at SRV! If there are drastic changes in the State rules, we still have the California Academy of Science venue secured, and will know the final venue around April 15th. Obviously, I am working with all my vendors for our new outdoor event, so ticket prices are not determined.  For those who told the school to hold prom payments, your credit will be applied to your ticket. Regardless of where the Ball is held, we will make it a night to remember for the Class of 2021!

Baccalaureate, May 23:

This optional, inspirational service, is set for Community Presbyterian Church in Danville, at 4 pm.  It will include an in-person ceremony and a live-streamed event based on the current COVID rules and regulations.

Senior Field Day/Aloha Rally/Decision Day, May 17 OR 24, 2021:

All seniors will be invited (remote and hybrid) to the SRV Stadium field from approximately 8:30 am to 1:00 pm to participate in the SRV 2021 Senior Field Day. Leadership is organizing a Greek Games tournament, using all the fields to organize events like Kickball, Tug of War, Dodgeball, and much more. This is an opt-in event, and seniors who participate will be cleared from class. The conclusion of the day will include Decision Day, and a senior Aloha Rally also in the stadium, where we can announce all the winners, and honor Seniors. Liability waivers will be a part of the day. More information to follow soon.

When you know your post-high school plans, please share them with us!

We also need your plans after graduation so we can represent you with a pennant at Decision Day (around May 17th or 24th) and on the College & Career Center map!  https://forms.gle/WVuhuFvGZQBqVvTb6.
